How the Videos were Made
From SCOOP Wiki
Videos are a great way to teach and keep people interested at the same time. Here is how we made the videos in high quality:
1. Download CamStudio and CamStudio Own Lossless Codec at CamStudio
2. Download and install XVid codec at Xvid Movies
3. Download and install Virtual Dub at Virtual Dub
4. To record what you are doing on the screen use CamStudio. Go into options/video options and "Set Key Frames Every" to 10. Change "Playback Rate" to 100. Doing this will increase the bitrate.
5. Use Virtual Dub to convert the video to XVid. When in Virtual Dub go to video/compression and change the option to Xvid MPEG-4 Codec.
6. To add audio, go to audio/audio from other file in Virtual Dub. Choose the correct audio from your files and open it. Select Autodetect and click OK. The video will process.
7. Upload the video to YouTube (you might have to make an account if you do not previously have one)
